Naseem Dakwar is a famous Palestinian oudist and violinist living in Israel. He has also been a composer and conductor for more than 30 years. Today, he teaches in the Oriental Department at the Academy of Music and Dance, Jerusalem and at the Birzeit University in Ramallah.
